Prices
MYSWEETINVITATION.COM has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT for the countries where VAT applies (inside the EU). The price for goods ordered by you and accepted by us will be that stated on the website invoice page at the time of order. Promotional codes or discounts are applicable to regular priced items.
Customers purchasing from a country outside the EU may incur relevant import duty and tax costs. These costs are not included in the final purchase price paid to MY SWEET INVITATION and will be invoiced to you directly by UPS or an import broker appointed by you. Ordering errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on "PLACE ORDER NOW" on the final one page checkout of our ordering process.
Dispatch & delivery charges
Normal dispatch will be within 48 hours of order (business days), for items that are in stock (ready to deliver) or up to six (6) business days for an item that is custom made, personalized (modified) or temporarily out of stock (subject to availability). All delivery charges will be clearly stated on your order and include insurance. You will be advised by e-mail of any delays to your order and will be offered the facility of a part dispatch if practical. Currently, all orders will incur normal shipping charges unless if MYSWEETINVITATION.COM refers and offers free of charge delivery for products using any promo code or a minimum amount charge periodically through its website.
It is the customer responsibility to be available to receive the order at the address the customer indicated during checkout. If the customer does not accept to receive the order and, therefore the order ships back to MY SWEET INVITATION, then the customer will be charged a fee of 60 € (euro), in order to cover shipping costs back and forth, restocking expenses, accounting expenses, third parties commission fees and logistic fees.
Please ensure that the correct postal delivery address is entered on the order, as we cannot be held liable for any missing packages dispatched to an incorrect or incomplete address through no fault of our own.
RUSSIA: Shipments to Russia are made through the Post office since Russian customs have banned shipments with courier companies to individuals, therefore shipments may experience delays up to 18 working days due to Russian Post Office.
Free Shipping - Europe & International
For all orders that FREE SHIPPING is applied (concerning Europe and International deliveries) MYSWEETINVITATION.COM has also the right to send its products by choosing Express Services of Hellenic Post Offices for deliveries within five (5) up to ten (10) business days due to the volume or the weight of any order.
Click & Collect Service
With our Click & Collect service, place your order online before 3 p.m. and collect it sooner from our store, five days a week upon request.
Standard Lead Times for Click & Collect Service
If you've placed your order until 3 pm EET on a business day, you can expect the following lead times:
- Custom Proofs: 3 business days (from the day you have placed your order and until 3 pm EET on business days)
- Standard Printing Time (upon approval): Up to 6 business days (rush available)
- Click & Collect: First thing the next day from finishing Standard Printing Time (We will send you promptly a “Ready to Collect” e-mail to inform you and arrange the exact date and hour). Please, wait for this confirmation email before you come in to collect your order.
Your order will be ready to collect when the store opens on the given collection date and will be available for 14 days.
You also have to bring your “Ready to Collect” email – this can be printed or displayed on your smartphone/tablet/iPad and the payment card used to purchase the order along with a valid passport or a your personal ID or your driving licence (for PayPal and Gift Card orders you will need to bring a passport or your driving licence). For a Bank deposit you have to bring your bank receipt of payment, too.
If you aren't able to collect your order yourself and payment was made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Gift Card or e-Voucher, then you can ask someone to collect your order for you. You have to inform us promptly by sending us an e-mail at shipping@mysweetinvitation.com or info@mysweetinvitation.com and they will need only a copy of your “Ready to Collect” email and either their original passport or driving licence.
NOTE: Unfortunately, if your order was paid by using PayPal then this is not possible and you must collect your order yourself.
MYSWEETINVITATION.COM cannot deliver a “Click & Collect” Order, if one of the above evidence is missing. You need to provide us all of the things we have asked you to ensure the proper delivery of your order.
MYSWEETINVITATION.COM will keep your order in store for exact 14 days. If your order isn't collected within 14 days then it will be returned but NOT refunded at all.

Returns, CANCELLATIONS, Exchanges & refunds
At MY Sweet Invitation we follow a straightforward customer service policy and we guarantee for the quality of our services. We want customers to be thrilled with their stationery! We are always willing to help, and our goal is their satisfaction. In the event of an error on our end, we’ll fix it as soon as possible, free of charge, of course. If customers are unhappy for any reason, we’ll work with them on a solution.
While we are committed to customers’ satisfaction, we do have some specific cancellation and return policies for certain cases. Those instances can be found below.
Cancellation Policy
A) Cancel an order before Proofing Process
In case of a customer need to cancel an order before our designers create any proof for you, then the customer will refund his order minus a processing fee of 15 € (euro), in order to cover costs, accounting expenses, third parties commission and logistic fees.
B) Cancel an order after Proofing Process but before Printing Process
Cancelling an order AFTER proofs have been emailed but BEFORE printing has started and for orders that require proofs, MYSWEETINVITATION.COM will refund customers’ order minus a cancellation/design fee of 50 € for orders over 100 €.
For orders below 100 €, MYSWEETINVITATION.COM will refund the order minus a 25 € design and processing fee. This is because it takes our designers time to typeset each custom/personalized proof.
In case a customer is unhappy with our proofs for any reason (we don’t think there will be), just contact us at design@mysweetinvitation.com. Our experienced designers are committed to providing a fantastic design and if there is something a customer does not like, we will be happy to work with him until he’s satisfied.
C) Cancel an order after Final Approval & Printing Process
MYSWEETINVITATION.COM cannot accept cancellation, return or process refunds due to errors on approved proofs (e.g. typos, spelling mistakes, omissions, colors etc.) regardless of where the error originated. While we do our best to spot and correct any errors we may see during the proofing process and call our customer’s attention to them via email or fax, final proofing is ultimately the responsibility of the client.
Once customers give their final approval, the stationery will print exactly as shown in the final approval email and orders may not be returned for any reason. Once a customer has approved his PDF proof, he is responsible for the design and text elements. MYSWEETINVITATION.COM will not be held responsible for the cost of reprinting due to the any errors customers have approved nor will a refund be issued.
If by chance MYSWEETINVITATION.COM makes a design, printing or quality error, please contact us at design@mysweetinvitation.com or help@mysweetinvitation.com immediately and we will make it our top priority to replace your product as fast as possible at no additional cost to customers.
D) Returns/Cancellations of Custom Printed Stationery
Custom/Personalized printed stationery is NOT returnable in any way and it is NOT refunded at all. This is because custom made designs and printed items are unique for each customer and are created on a per order basis and CANNOT BE RESOLD to any third party.
E) Colors And Computer Monitors
MYSWEETINVITATION.COM is not able to accept returns because the printed stationery does not match 100% the colors customers see on screen (5% - 10% differential color). This is because all web browsers and monitors display colors differently and may not accurately represent how the order will print.
Return Policy
MY Sweet Invitation has a 20-year experience in the printing business but though we recommend you check thoroughly the proofs we send via email and ALWAYS print them (even in black and white) as it is proven that this is the best way to spot any mistakes or errors and make any corrections needed.
Our target is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return the purchased products within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received from MY SWEET INVITATION your delivery.
All shipping costs for returns, other than those concerning faulty items and/or items sent by mistake, will be at your own expense. MYSWEETINVITATION.COM will cover all shipping expenses for faulty items and items sent by mistake. In the later case all items should be shipped using only UPS shipping agent for deliveries outside Greece and ELTA Courier for deliveries inside Greece (domestically).
To make a return you should:
1. Request online a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 7 days of receiving your order by completing the online form found in the Orders & Returns - https://www.mysweetinvitation.com/sales/guest/form/ - section. All items returned should have a RAN number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender;
2. Arrange for a shipping agent to collect the package. The products may be returned through the shipping agent indicated by MYSWEETINVITATION.COM (UPS or ELTA Courier) or through another shipping agent. We prefer that items are returned to us via UPS or ELTA Courier to ensure that they are protected and insured during shipping. MYSWEETINVITATION.COM does not guarantee the safety or insurance of the items returned using other shipping agents than UPS or ELTA Courier and may not accept liability for those goods. MYSWEETINVITATION.COM will send you the address for returns along with your RAN number using the e-mail address you have already used to make your order.
3. You will also be notified by email once your order has been received and processed as well.
However, we reserve the right, in the case of questionable complaints, to return the goods to the manufacturer for inspection in order to clarify whether the complaint is genuine. We will keep the customer informed of the progress of her complaint. This procedure may take up to 30 days.
Click & Collect Cancellations and Returns
MYSWEETINVITATION.COM will keep your order in store for exact 14 days. If your order isn't collected within 14 days then it will be cancelled but NOT refunded at all.
We will inform you promptly by sending you a “Ready to Collect” email to confirm first that your order is ready to collect from our store. Please, wait for this confirmation email before you come in to collect your order. In case of any delay by you, MY SWEET INVITATION will inform you by e-mail or phone once more when delivery date is around to expire.
In addition, in case you need to return a “Click & Collect” order, you have to bring it yourself at our store by following the return terms & conditions as described below:
Terms and Conditions of Cancellation or Return
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
- Request online a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 7 days of receiving your order by completing the online form found in the Orders & Returns - https://www.mysweetinvitation.com/sales/guest/form/ - section. Please note that RANs requested after 7 days of delivery of the order will be granted at MYSWEETINVITATION.COM’s discretion (for Click & Collect Service, too);
- The Return Form you have received inside your order must be filled correctly and the items to be returned must be received within fourteen (14) days from the day that the Return Authorization Number (RAN) was requested online from MYSWEETINVITATION.COM. In case you can’t find your Return Form, then you can download it in the Orders & Returns - https://www.mysweetinvitation.com/sales/guest/form/ - section (for Click & Collect Service, too);
- The products have not been opened, used, modified or damaged and the identification sticker (closure) and all designer garment tags are still attached to the products with the disposable plastic seal. All products sold by MYSWEETINVITATION.COM come with an identification sticker (closure) attached with a disposable plastic seal. We remind you not to open your items or remove their sticker or seal, as we do not accept returned products unless they are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you. Please email us at help@mysweetinvitation.com immediately if any of your purchases have been delivered without a disposable plastic seal or without identification sticker (closure tag) attached on it (for Click & Collect Service, too).
- The products must be returned, complete and unused, in their original packaging. Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, leather tags, designer boxes and dust bags should also be returned as they are considered part of the product. If boxes of products when returned are damaged your return may not be accepted (for Click & Collect Service, too);
- Returned items must be returned back to MYSWEETINVITATION.COM within fourteen days (14) from the day that the Return Authorization Number (RAN) was requested from MYSWEETINVITATION.COM. Items that are returned later than the time frame of fourteen (14) days from the day of the delivery of the order, will be accepted only at the discretion of MYSWEETINVITATION.COM or there is a chance only be refunded as a store credit. Items that are returned without a RAN will not be accepted or refunded at all (for Click & Collect Service, too);
- If you are returning more than one items from the same order, they must be returned in a single delivery: MYSWEETINVITATION.COM cannot accept multiple returns from the same order, with items returned at different times (for Click & Collect Service, too).
- Items on sale or items purchased using a promotional code or a gift card can be returned for store credit only. Also, items bought using credit from a previous return cannot be accepted (for Click & Collect Service, too).
- Items bought with the use of a store credit, that was the result of returned items bought using promotional codes or gift cards, or items that were returned at the discretion of MYSWEETINVITATION.COM, cannot be returned (for Click & Collect Service, too).
- In case you will have a free of charge delivery (free shipping), the minimum amount of your order will be deducted from the return total. In case of partial return, the deducted amount will be evenly distributed to the products returned.
- If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. For destination outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through MYSWEETINVITATION.COM. You should try to contact your local customs bureau directly and by providing them all the return documents you should be able to recover these amounts. Duties for the country of USA cannot be returned since this expense is irreversible. MYSWEETINVITATION.COM is not responsible in case the return is stopped at European customs and is liable for duties. MYSWEETINVITATION.COM responsibility starts when the package arrives at our warehouse.
- You will also be notified by email once your order has been received and processed as well.

Gift Returns
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to your MYSWEETINVITATION.COM account (you will need to register your details). The amount will be deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for one year. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties. Corporate gifts may only be returned by the original purchaser and within 7 working days of initial receipt.
Late Returns
Items should be received within 14 days from the day that the Return Authorization Number (RAN) was requested from MYSWEETINVITATION.COM. Items that are returned later than the time frame of fourteen (14) days from the day that the RAN was requested by you, will be accepted only at the discretion of MYSWEETINVITATION.COM and there is a chance only be refunded as a store credit. Moreover, RANs requested after 7 days of the delivery of the order will also be granted at MYSWEETINVITATION.COM’s discretion.
Disposable Plastic Safety Seal
All products sold by MYSWEETINVITATION.COM include an identification sticker (closure tag) attached complete with a disposable plastic safety seal. Please do not open the products or remove the sticker (closure tag) and plastic seal. Returned products opened/used or without the sticker (closure tag) and plastic seal will not be accepted.

Product Returns
All products should be handled with care and should not be opened or without the closure tag that will be attached with the disposable plastic seal. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged box and bag (if any) as this is considered part of the product. Products that are returned without boxes or in damaged boxes may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Faulty Goods
All complaints will be dealt with sympathetically. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of use are not considered to be faulty. Any items that are clearly suffering from a manufacturing defect will be replaced or refunded immediately. However, we reserve the right, in the case of questionable complaints, to return the goods to the manufacturer for inspection in order to clarify whether the complaint is genuine. We will keep the customer informed of the progress of her complaint. This procedure may take up to 30 days.
Faulty goods are considered as such, only if they are returned with all safety seals attached and not opened. In case that goods are returned opened, broken, damaged or without the products' original safety seal and closure tag or with MYSWEETINVITATION.COM's safety plastic seal broken, they will not be considered as faulty and will not be credited or exchanged. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same quantity or color or modification, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
Receiving a refund
MYSWEETINVITATION.COM is open to all persons aged 18 or over. All persons around the world can participate. After MYSWEETINVITATION.COM has received products and checked that the products meet all requirements for return, you will receive an email that the returned products have been accepted. Refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or to hers MYSWEETINVITATION.COM account and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items or items sent by mistake), which we deduct to cover the cost of our shipping. Whatever form of payment you used (Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Deposit), the refund procedure will start within 30 days from when MYSWEETINVITATION.COM was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once MYSWEETINVITATION.COM checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions. The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment you used:
- Credit or Debit Card: The refund time will depend on the card company’s policies;
- PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The actual reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card;
- Bank Deposit: You will be refunded the amount you paid for the products returned to the Bank account you indicate in the Return Form. The time needed for refunding depends on the information you provided in your order. Normally refunds take place within a month. Please remember it is necessary to have a Bank account and IBAN in order to receive a refund for Bank Deposits orders.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. MYSWEETINVITATION.COM is open to all persons aged 18 or over. All persons around the world can participate. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. MYSWEETINVITATION.COM offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally, however, we may be waiting for shipments from our designer suppliers. Consequently you may from time to time be given the possibility of making an Advance Payment for certain items in which case you are able to make an Advance Purchase. 2. Receiving a refund
