Standard Lead Times For Click & Collect Service
If you've placed an order with us until 3 a.m. on a business day, you can expect the following lead times:
Custom Proofs: 3 business days
Standard Printing Time upon approval: Allow up to 6 business days (rush available) Click & Collect: First Thing the next day from finishing Standard Printing Time *
*We will send you a “Ready to Collect” e-mail to inform you for the exact date.
How it works
1 - Can I Click & Collect my product?
- Almost all products on mysweetinvitation.com are available to Click & Collect.
2 - Where can I Click & Collect?
- Select to Click & Collect from our store.
3 - When will my order be ready to collect?
- You will receive a 'Ready to Collect' email to confirm that your order is ready to collect from our store. Please, wait for this confirmation email before you come in to collect your order.
- Your order will be ready to collect when the store opens on the given collection date and will be available for 14 days.
4 - How do I collect my order?
- To find the location of Click & Collect in our store, click here
- Bring your 'Ready to Collect' email – this can be printed or displayed on your smartphone/tablet/iPad.
- Bring the payment card used to purchase the order along with a valid passport, your personal ID or your driving licence.
- (c— for PayPal and Gift Card orders you will need to bring a passport or your driving licence)
Can't collect yourself?
If you aren't able to collect your order yourself and payment was made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Gift Card or e-Voucher, then you can ask someone to collect your order for you.
You have to inform us promptly by sending us an e-mail and they will need only a copy of your 'Ready to Collect' email and either their passport or driving licence.
(Note – Unfortunately, if your order was paid for using PayPal then this is not possible and you must collect your order yourself).
Can't make the date?
We don't want you to miss out on something extraordinary, so we'll keep your order in store for 14 days. If your order isn't collected within 14 days then it will be returned and refunded.
Exceptions
Most of our products are available for Next Day collection, however in some cases it may take a little longer.
We will inform you promptly by sending you a 'Ready to Collect' email to confirm first that your order is ready to collect from our store. Please, wait for this confirmation email before you come in to collect your order.
