Standard Lead Times for Domestic Shipping Services

If you’ve placed your order until 3 a.m. from Monday to Friday (Business Days), you can expect the following lead times:

Custom Proofs: Up to 3 business days 
Standard Printing Time upon approval: Allow up to 6 business days (rush available) 
International Shipping: Right after finishing Standard Printing Time. We will send you a Confirmation Order e-mail to let you know the exact date we've dispatched your order. Also, for more details on how to track your order, you can click here

Once you've placed your order, we'll send you an Order Confirmation e-mail as well as an extra e-mail to let you know when we've dispatched your order. We send most orders using secure tracked services so that you can follow your order. For more information though, see our Order Tracking page. However, in case you are unable to accept the delivery, you can arrange to collect from your local Post Office, deliver to a neighbor or redeliver the next available day.

We will always show the best delivery options from our suppliers based on your delivery postcode, however, in some cases some delivery services may be unavailable.

In addition, if you are ordering products with different delivery time, your items will be delivered separately but you'll only pay one delivery charge.

Delivery to multiple Addresses

You can have goods from the same order shipped to multiple Greece addresses but please note that if you select multiple delivery addresses, a delivery charge will be applied for each address. For more information, send us an e-mail.

Customs

 In some cases, local customs can introduce delivery delays that are out of our control. That’s why we would suggest you to count 1-2 days extra concerning your order just to be sure that everything will be arrived on time! How it works

1 - Can I send my product using Domestic Delivery Services?
Everything on www.mysweetinvitation.com can be sent both in and out of Greece.

2 - Will I have to pay import taxes and duties?
It is important to take into consideration that Shipping costs do not include customs, duties, or other taxes. For your information, though, initially ask the competent customs office on the costs of packaging or possibly additional fees as we are not responsible for any extra taxes and fees incurred in each package. Any extra applicable custom fees are in the responsibility of the customer.

3 - How do I track my order?
Once we have finished your order and we are ready to ship it, we'll send you an Order Confirmation e-mail as well as another extra e-mail to let you know when we've dispatched your order. For more details on how to track your order, though, you can  click here.
