At MY Sweet Invitation we follow a straightforward customer service policy and we guarantee for the quality of our services. We want you to be thrilled with your stationery! We are always willing to help, and our goal is your satisfaction. In the event of an error on our end, we’ll fix it asap, free of charge, of course. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll work with you on a solution. While we are committed to customer satisfaction, we do have some specific cancellation and return policies for certain cases. Those instances can be found below.

Cancellations & Returns

MY Sweet Invitation has a 20-year experience in the printing business but though we recommend you check thoroughly the proofs we send via email and ALWAYS print them (even in black and white) as it is proven that this is the best way to spot any mistakes or errors and make any corrections needed.

A) Cancel an order before Proofing Process

In case of canceling your order before our designers create any proof for you, we will refund your order minus a processing fee of 15 €.

B) Cancel an order after Proofing Process & before Printing Process

Cancelling your order AFTER your proofs have been emailed but before printing has started and for orders that require proofs, we will refund your order minus a cancellation/design fee of 50 €. For orders below 100 € we will refund your order minus a 25 € design and processing fee. This is because it takes our designers time to typeset each custom proof.

If you are unhappy with our proofs for some reason (we don’t think you will be), just contact us. Our experienced designers are committed to providing a fantastic design and if there is something you do not like, we will be happy to work with you until you’re satisfied.

C) Cancel an order after Final Approval & Printing Process

We cannot accept returns or process refunds due to errors on approved proofs (e.g. typos, spelling mistakes, omissions etc.) regardless of where the error originated. While we do our best to spot and correct any errors we may see during the proofing process and call your attention to them via email or fax, final proofing is ultimately the responsibility of the client.

Once you give your final approval, your stationery will print exactly as shown in your final approval email and orders may not be returned for any reason. Once you have approved your PDF proof you are responsible for the design and text elements. MY Sweet Invitation will not be held responsible for the cost of reprinting due to the any errors you have approved nor will a refund be issued. If by chance MY Sweet Invitation makes a design, printing or quality error, please contact us immediately and we will make it our top priority to replace your product as fast as possible at no additional cost to you. 

D) Returns of Custom Printed Stationery

Custom printed stationery is NOT returnable in any way. This is because custom  designed and printed items are unique for each customer and are created on a per order basis and CANNOT BE RESOLD to any third party.

E) Colors And Computer Monitors

We are not able to accept returns because your printed stationery does not match 100% the colors you see on screen. This is because all web browsers and monitors display colors differently and may not accurately represent how your order will print.
