How Do I Place My Order?

All orders can be placed directly through our easy to use e-Shop. Feel free to read more about our ordering process, or contact us email if you have any questions.

What is your Stationery cost?

Pricing is published on the right hand side of each product page. Just select the quantity of an item and option you’d like to include with your package and the total (VAT included) will be displayed for your convenience. For countries outside EU select your origin country through our Origin Country Bar (on our top left corner) to calculate the VAT.

What Payment Methods do you use?

MY Sweet Invitation’s Payments Methods are:

  • Alpha Bank e-commerce: A credit or debit card is charged. Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Viva Payments. A credit or debit card is charged. Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
  • Alpha Bank account deposit.
  • PayPal

When my credit card is charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.

How do I know that I have completed my order?

After you complete the checkout process you will be redirected to a confirmation page. We will also send a confirmation email to the email provided. *

What type of papers do you use to print on your products?

Most of the Designs concerning My Sweet Invitation’s Exclusive Series are Hand-Drawn Illustrations. That’s why all of our stationery is printed on white base paper of excellent quality and brightness as well: It best compliments the design and offers you the quality you seek.

Children’s Invitations: 250gr Aquarelle Art Paper
Party Invitations: 300gr White Matte paper
Banners: 250gr White Matte paper
Cornets: 200gr White Matte paper
Placemats: 100gr White Matte Paper

Is there any additional type of papers?

We use a variety of paper stock, depending on the product we print each time. But also, we are able to offer you any different type of paper stock that you may wish. Just contact us via email.

What is your Ordering Process?

All custom orders include personalization of font, wording and colors, two free rounds of electronic proofs for minor font, wording and color changes (the first round based on your submitted personalization, and one subsequent rounds for revisions), and the finished printed stationery.

Changes requests beyond our 2 complimentary rounds of proofs are invoiced at 20 € per round.

Will I Receive Hard Copy Proofs?

No. Your order includes two complimentary rounds of digital PDF proofs that will be emailed* to you for your review after 3 days of your order. Hard copy proofs are not available. Electronic proofing is standard among stationers and is a cost effective and flexible way to view and make changes to your stationery before printing begins.

Can I Use An Invitation For A Party Or A Different Event?

Absolutely! Just enter your wording you would like on the card and we will update your proofs to match the event.

Have you provide envelopes with your invitations?

Matching envelopes are included in the price of invitations.

Can I Order More Invitations Later?

More invitations can be ordered at a later date, but it is substantially more expensive than ordering extras up front. This is because each print run incurs certain setup costs and preparation time, despite the quantity ordered.

We highly recommend ordering at least 10-15 extras up front as it is much more cost effective. Be sure to account for last minute guests, keepsakes for you and your family, as well as a set for your photographer when deciding on your final quantity.

Can I Order In A Foreign Language?

We can design in most languages* but there is a 20 € charge for this service. So, please contact us before placing your order.

For your best service, our graphic designer will ask you to provide via e-mail the wording in PDF form.

* The prices shown apply only for the Greek and the English language. Please contact us for more information.

Do I Need To Format My Wording?

No, definitely not! Simply enter your wording in the personalization field and we will take care of all the design and layout. Our professional designers will make adjustments if necessary in order to provide the best look possible for your specific wording and personalization.

We do ask that you check spelling, grammar, dates and times, as we do not check this during the proofing stage. That is your responsibility.

Can I Change The Font?

All of our fonts have been carefully chosen to create unique and balanced designs. But should you wish a different font, you can choose any font you like from our Font Chart while you are placing your order.

How Many Ink Colors Can I Use?

Only font colors can change and you are free to choose any color you like from our Color Chart without additional charge. The color of the graphic design and background cannot change.

You can also chose envelopes that match the font color of your choice. There is no charge if you choose from the options available.

Can I Change The Colors Of A Font Or The Colors On Your Graphic Designs?

We can change font colors and you are able to choose any color you like from our Color Chart without additional charges. However, the color of the graphic designs cannot change and also, backgrounds as well have to be on white base paper to reflect its exceptional whitening.

The colors you see on the screen may not accurately represent how your order will print. This is because each web browser and monitor display colors differently than others. That’s why we do not accept returns based on color.

But if for any reason you are not satisfied with the colors you chose, please contact us immediately and we will be more than happy to offer you a reprint at a reduced rate

Will My Stationery Match The Colors I See On My Screen?

Because web browsers and monitors display colors differently, the colors you see on the screen may not accurately represent 100% how your order will print.

We do not accept returns based on color.

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the colors you chose, please contact us and we will be happy to offer a reprint at a reduced rate.

Can I Change My Order During The Proofing Process?

Our proofing process includes 2 complimentary rounds of proofs for wording, font, font color and minor layout changes. For any additional round of proofs there is a 20 € charge per each round.

In case you want to change or even to cancel your given order after your proofs have been emailed but before printing has started there is a cancellation fee of 20 € and this is because of the time already spent designing your custom proofs.

If you are unhappy with our proofs for some reason (we don’t think you will be), just contact us. Our experienced designers are committed to providing a fantastic design and if there is something you do not like, we will be happy to work with you until you’re satisfied.

What is your Printing Process?

All of our invitations and matching products are printed on excellent quality and brightness 250 gr paper (Aquarelle Art Paper) using a flat digital printing process. We use a professional state of the art printing press that results in crisp text and bold saturated color. Flat printing is our only printing option.

How Long Does Printing Take?

After we receive your final approval email, our standard printing speed takes 6 business days. Also, Rush printing and shipping services are available if needed. Rush printing is available at an extra 30 € charge. Just contact us via email.

Do you print on backside?

Backside printing is available for most items if needed. Just select this option while you are placing your order.

Do You Do Custom Design Work?

All of our products are sold as shown in our e-Shop and are processed depending on the options you have chosen only. In case you are interested in custom design work, please contact us via email or click on our ‘Custom Design Process’ page.

Can You Make Additional Accessories To Match My Design?

If there is something that you need and you don’t see it available on our e-Shop, please contact us via email.! We can produce a great number of stationery to match your design.

Can I Purchase A Part Or Whole Of The Design?

In order to preserve the integrity of our designs and the quality standards of our stationery we do not sell our designs in part or whole.

In our effort to keep you satisfied we offer a wide range of matching accessories for your invitations. However, if you are looking for something to match your stationery but do not see it on our e-Shop, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

Can I Purchase Printable Files?

In order to preserve the integrity of our designs and the quality standards of our stationery, we only sell finished stationery and do not sell our digital versions of our designs in part or whole.

Can I Add Outside Artwork Or A Logo To Your Designs?

All of our products are sold as they are shown on our website. We cannot add outside artwork, photos or logos to our designs, unless this appears as an option on the product page.

Do you assemble your products?

All products arrive flat and not assembled. Everything you need for a quick and easy way of assembly as well as instructions is included in the package.

Do You Have A Retail Location I Can Visit?

Except of this e-Shop, MY Sweet Invitation has also a public studio downtown Athens, Greece. Feel free to drop by and meet us in person or to collect your order through our “Click & Collect” delivery method. For additional information, click here.

What Are Your Standard Lead Times?

If you’ve placed your order until 3 a.m. on a business day, you can expect the following lead times:

Custom Proofs: 3 business days (from the day you have placed your order)

Standard Printing Time (upon approval): Up to 6 business days (rush available)

Click & Collect: First thing the next day from finishing Standard Printing Time*

Shipping: According to your Shipping Option during your Checkout Process.
