Review Proofs

  • Receive Proofs

    Custom designed electronic proofs in PDF form will arrive via email in 3 business days for your review.*

  • Review Proofs

    Request changes if needed as you work one on one with a professional designer.

  • Approve Proofs

    Once you check and are satisfied with your proofs, send your final approval via email and we will start production.

Printing And Shipping

  • Printing

    Upon receiving your final approval email, printing begins which takes 6 business days. Rush printing is available at an extra 30 € charge. For rush printing contact us via email

  • Shipping

    Your order will arrive in 5 to 10 days through UPS for international shipping, depending on the products and the country, and in 3 to 5 days through ELTA for domestic shipping. If you need any help, you can either visit our shipping page or contact us via email

  • Assemble and Send

    Your order will arrive neatly packaged with everything needed for assembly.

Placing Your Order

Placing your order online is easy. Just select the quantities and options for the items you are ordering, enter your wording and then complete checkout.     Type in your wording, your personal information and any request you might have concerning your order. Don’t worry about formatting – we’ll take care of that part when we design your proofs!

  • Place Your Order

    Complete your order by using our secure one page checkout.

Personalize

  • Colors

    The font colors can be customized to any ink option on our color chart. The background and the graphic design cannot be customized.

  • Font

    Enter your wording for each of the pieces you are ordering and chose the font of your choice on our font chart.

  • Add to Cart

    Click 'Add to Cart' after you have selected your options and are ready to complete your order.

    Upon completing your order and receiving your final approval email, printing begins which takes 6 business days. Rush printing is available. Just contact us via email

  • Shipping Options

    Shipping options include UPS for international shipping and ELTA for domestic shipping. We ship from Athens, Greece.

  • Payment

    Upon checkout your credit card will be charged in full, however, nothing prints until you have reviewed your custom designed proofs and have given your final approval, via email, to start production.

 

Proofing Process

Hand-drawn Illustration is what makes MY Sweet Invitation unique. Your friendly, professional designer will be there for you every step of the way. Because you will be in touch with us via email, you willhave an accessible point of contact for questions, proofs, changes or anything else you might need throughout the process.

Proof Design

  • Professional Design

    Once your order is received, it will be assigned to one of our talented in-house designers. Your designer will create an initial set of proofs based on your font, wording and color choices.

  • Complimentary Proof Rounds

    Your order will include two complimentary rounds of proofs concerning color, font, wording as well as minor layout changes. Proofs take up to 3 full business days to be designed. Once your proofs are ready, they will be sent via email for your review*. For any additional round of proofs that you might need there will be a 20 € charge for each one.

Proof Review

  • Proof delivery

    Custom designed electronic proofs in PDF form will arrive via email in 3 business days for your review.*

  • Change Requests

    To request changes as you work one on one with your designer, simply reply to the proof email and let us know if there are updates you would like to see in the next round of proofs.

Proof Approval

  • Final Review

    Check your proofs very carefully. We recommend you check thoroughly the proofs we send via email and ALWAYS print them (even in black and white) as it is proven that this is the best way to spot any mistakes or errors and make any corrections needed.

  • Proof Approval

    Once your stationery looks perfect and is ready to be printed, simply email us with your approval. Once proofs are approved, they will be printed exactly as shown.

  • Production Begins

    Upon receiving your final approval email, production begins and your final prints will match your approved proofs.**

Printing, Shipping And Delivery

Printing

  • Paper

    All of our stationery is printed on white base paper of excellent quality and brightness. It is chosen both for its perfect quality and its exceptional whitening.

    Children’s Invitations: 250gr Aquarelle Art Paper
    Party Invitations: 300gr White Matte paper
    Banners: 250gr White Matte paper
    Cornets: 200gr White Matte paper
    Placemats: 100gr White Matte Paper

  • Printing

    All printing of our products is done on a state of the art professional printing press. The printing style is flat digital printing, which best compliments our quality cardstock. Printing typically takes 6 business days. Also, there is available a 30 € charge for rush printing. The only thing you have to do for our rush printing service is to contact us

Shipping

  • Shipping

    Your order will be shipped according to the service selected during your checkout. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent upon shipment. FYI, you can also search your shipping order through MYSWEETINVITATION.COM by clicking on "My Account" field first and then on 'Track Your Order'.

  • Packaging

    Your order will be neatly packaged in waterproof protective plastic wrap to ensure arrival in pristine condition.

Delivery!

  • Invitations

    Invitations arrive flat and neatly packaged. Instructions and everything needed for assembly is included with your order.

  • Accessories

    The rest of the products like cornets, banners, party hats, crowns etc. arrive flat and not assembled from first place. Everything needed for easy and quick assembly along with instructions are included in the package.
